Everyone from time to time think that needs to lose some weight. Those who are obese and don't think about that anymore is just because they gave up. It doesn't matter what is the story behind the weight the goal at the end is the same...be skinnier but healthier.
My daughter, her husband and I decided to test the Quick Weight Lose program (QWL). This is a program where a weight lose center check your progress, supposedly keep your motivation high and sell you their meal and weight lose supplement plan. I am going to be honest it is not cheap however I see some results before. I did it one time ago but I didn't complete the program. I do not clearly remember why but I am doing it this time for good and I want to share with the world our experience.
We are three individuals with three different goals and ideas about life, so we will be doing the program with the different approach.
1-My son-in-law who is already very active. He will be doing the program while he maintains a high cardio routines. He would be doing a lot of cardio exercises like running and doing cycling. His goal is to lose 30 pounds.
2-I would be doing the program letter by letter in conjunction with low impact cardio exercises and yoga. My goal is to lose 25 pounds.
3-My daughter would follow the program outside the center. She would follow the plan however she would buy her product from another source who I believe sell the same products cheapest than the center that we are using. Her goal is to lose 30 pounds.
We are going to work this challenge at the personal level and as a team. My son-in-law would be on change of monitoring our cardio routines. My daughter would on charge to monitor our meals. I would be on charge to keep motivations high, write our journal and ensure we under schedule.
Well, it is time to start.
